The residential complex comprises six “city villas”, which are arched against the northern property line. Each city villa consists of a ground floor divided into slices - this is where the access to the central lift tower with staircase is located - and four residential floors, in which the apartment floor plans are located in the cloverleaf around the central access tower. There are 16 residential units per city villa, which are equipped with spacious terraces. The entire complex thus comprises 96 residential units. The car park, protected by a wall, offers parking spaces for approx. 130 vehicles and is separated from the residential area by the newly constructed access road.
