Retail park in Brunn am Gebirge, Lower Austria

Planning and realization of the retail park "Shopping Center 17" in Lower Austria. The implementation took place in just a few months and had to contend with an extreme onset of winter, but all deadlines could be met. At the same time as the construction was carried out, the center was also marketed and, as a result, facility management was also carried out. In general, the entire planning area was developed in cooperation with the Province of Lower Austria. All preparatory work for the supply and disposal of the entire area was carried out and further objects were planned and built.
