Braitnerstrasse office building in Baden near Vienna

The historic, desolate building was restructured in order to create modern standards and supplemented with an extension, which was deliberately intended to stand out and blend in at the same time. We have incorporated the fine structure of the building with a color-graded glass facade that brings a lot of light into the building and is equipped with an innovative automatic cleaning system (from IKU Vienna). The usual problem of glass fronts has thus been solved permanently and inexpensively in operation. During the planning and construction phase, value was placed on close cooperation with the Federal Monuments Office and the project was also completed to their full satisfaction.
