One of the most famous hotels in the city of Yalta. Most of it was destroyed in World War II, the original facade should be rebuilt. The interior has been adapted to the contemporary needs of a modern 4 to 5 star hotel with international standards. The complex houses offices and shops as well as more than 150 double rooms and 6 suites. The new building: a reinforced concrete frame structure with aluminum and glass curtain walls. The terraces consist of a light metal construction.
